254 Application (1) This Part applies to an offender in custody in a prison who is subject to— (a) a detention order; or (b) an interim detention order; or (c) an emergency detention order. (2) An offender referred to in subsection (1) is to be managed under the **Corrections Act 1986** subject to this Part.
