235 Seizure and examination if offender fails to comply (1) In carrying out a search under section 234, an officer may seize or operate any computer or other device for the purpose of auditing for any image, program or other material that— (a) may constitute a contravention of the conditions of the supervision order or interim supervision order; or (b) may increase the risk that the offender may commit an offence. (2) A police officer exercising a power to seize or operate any computer or other device under subsection (1) may direct the following persons accompanying the officer to exercise those powers subject to the officer's direction—
