234 Entry and search if offender fails to comply
(1) This section applies if a supervision order or an interim supervision order contains a condition requiring an offender to comply with a direction of the Authority in relation to computers and other devices in the possession or control of the offender for the purposes of auditing by an officer for any image, program or other material that—
(a) may constitute a contravention of the conditions of the supervision order or interim supervision order; or
(b) may increase the risk that the offender may commit an offence.
(2) If an offender fails to comply with a direction referred to in section 233, an officer—
(a) may enter any part of the place or premises at which the offender resides; and
(b) may search and examine the offender; and
(c) may search that part of a place or premises that is occupied by the offender, and any thing (including any vehicle) belonging to, or in the possession of or under the control of, the offender at the place or premises.
