213 Testing of offenders by officers
(1) At the direction of an officer, the offender must submit to breath testing, urinalysis or other test procedures approved by the Secretary for detecting alcohol or drug use.
(2) An officer may give a direction under this section if the officer has reasonable grounds to suspect that the offender has contravened a condition of the supervision order or interim supervision order by consuming alcohol or drugs.
