211 Definitions
***drug of dependence*** has the same meaning as in the **Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981**;
***officer*** means—
(a) in the case of an offender directed to reside at a residential facility, a supervision officer; or
(b) in the case of an offender directed to reside at a residential treatment facility, a supervision officer; or
(c) in the case of an offender directed to reside at any other place, a community corrections officer or a specified officer who has the day to day management of the offender.
