211 Definitions

drug of dependence has the same meaning as in the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981;

officer means—

(a) in the case of an offender directed to reside at a residential facility, a supervision officer; or

(b) in the case of an offender directed to reside at a residential treatment facility, a supervision officer; or

(c) in the case of an offender directed to reside at any other place, a community corrections officer or a specified officer who has the day to day management of the offender.
