202 Letter register The Commissioner must establish and maintain a register containing— (a) details of every letter opened under section 201; and (b) the reasons for opening a letter referred to in paragraph (a); and (c) details of any article or substance found in conducting an inspection in relation to a letter; and (d) details of any other action taken in relation to a letter or any thing found in or with a letter.
