20 Suspension of conditions of supervision order (1) Subject to subsection (2), the conditions of a supervision order are suspended during any time spent in custody on remand, serving a custodial sentence, in detention subject to an emergency detention order or in immigration detention during the period of the supervision order. (2) The conditions of a supervision order are not suspended during a period when the offender is released on parole.
