181 Persons working at residential facility to be subject to direction
A person working at a residential facility—
(a) as a registered dentist, registered medical practitioner, registered nurse or health worker is subject to the directions of the Commissioner relating to the good order of the facility; or
(b) in any other capacity, is subject to the directions of the Commissioner.
