147 Offender may make submissions
(1) The offender is entitled to make written submissions to the Authority about a direction relating to the offender.
(2) The submissions must be made within 21 days after the notice of the direction is given to the offender.
(3) In the submissions, the offender may specify that the offender wishes to attend a meeting of the Authority to be heard in relation to the submissions.
