133 Reasons for determination A court that determines an application under Part 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 must— (a) state the reasons for its determination; and (b) cause those reasons to be entered in the records of the court; and (c) cause a copy of any order made by it to be provided to— (i) the Secretary; and (ii) the DPP if the DPP is an applicant or a respondent to the application; and (iii) the offender.
