132 Matters to which court may have regard Without limiting any other provision of this Act, a court hearing an application under Part 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 may have regard to— (a) whether the offender cooperated, or cooperated fully, in the preparation of an assessment report or progress report, including any examination for the purposes of an additional assessment under Part 18; and (b) if the offender did not cooperate, or did not cooperate fully, in the preparation of an assessment report or progress report, the reasons of the offender for not doing so; and (c) whether an assessment report or progress report was made without a personal examination of the offender.
