104 Purpose of review The purpose of a review is to determine— (a) whether a supervision order or a detention order should remain in operation or be revoked; and (b) if a supervision order is revoked, whether the order should be replaced with a different supervision order or a detention order; and (c) if a detention order is revoked, whether it should be replaced with a supervision order.
