44 Form of public safety order (1) A public safety order must specify: (a) if the order is made in relation to 1 or more persons – the name and address of each person in relation to whom the order is made; or (b) if the order is made in relation to a class of persons – the class of persons in relation to whom the order is made. (2) The public safety order must also set out the terms of the order.
