[Section 57 Amended by No. 90 of 1999, Sched. 1, Applied:14 Aug 2000] If a court makes a driving disqualification order in respect of an offender, a magistrate may make an order under section 18 of the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999 as if the offender had been convicted of an offence under that Act.
