52 Satisfaction of execution by payment
[Section 52 Amended by No. 6 of 2008, Sched. 1, Applied:28 Apr 2008] A police officer who is charged with executing a warrant of commitment under section 46 must not execute that warrant if the person –
(a) pays or tenders to the police officer the sum mentioned in the warrant and the amount of the prescribed costs and charges of the warrant; or
(b) [Section 52 Amended by No. 72 of 2007, Sched. 1, Applied:28 Apr 2008] produces to the police officer the receipt of the Director, MPES for that sum and that amount.
