5 Application of Act
This Act, other than Division 3 of Part 9 , does not apply to –
(a) [Section 5 Amended by No. 22 of 1999, s. 5, Applied:01 Feb 2000] the Magistrates Court (Youth Justice Division); or
(b) [Section 5 Amended by No. 22 of 1999, s. 5, Applied:01 Feb 2000] a court of summary jurisdiction within the meaning of the Justices Act 1959 that is hearing a charge against a person who has not attained the age of 18 years.
