### 27N Imprisonment

> > (1) An offender is only required to serve a period of imprisonment pursuant to an order under [section 27M(1)(d)](#GS27M@Gs1@Hpd@EN) once the total of the custodial periods activated under all such orders in respect of the offender, and which he or she is yet to serve, exceeds 13 days exclusive of any de-activated parts of those custodial periods.

> > (2) If a court makes an order under [section 27M(1)(d)](#GS27M@Gs1@Hpd@EN) that will have the effect of activating the accumulated custodial periods of a drug treatment order, it may, to give effect to the order under [section 27M(1)(d)](#GS27M@Gs1@Hpd@EN) , issue a warrant for the imprisonment of the offender.
