94D Custody of persons subject to Court Assessment Order or Court Secure Treatment Order A court, when making a Court Assessment Order or Court Secure Treatment Order, may include in the Order the names of a person or persons who shall be responsible for taking the person subject to the Order— (a) to the designated mental health service named in the Order; or (b) from the designated mental health service to the court in connection with the exercise by the court of its powers under section 94.
