92 Contents of a Court Assessment Order and notification requirements (1) A Court Assessment Order must— (a) state whether the Order is a Community Court Assessment Order or an Inpatient Court Assessment Order; and (b) include any prescribed information. (2) As soon as practicable after making a Court Assessment Order, the court must— (a) notify the authorised psychiatrist that the Order has been made; and (b) give the authorised psychiatrist a copy of the Order.
