87E Application for cost recovery order An application for a cost recovery order— (a) may only be made by the Director of Public Prosecutions or, in the case of the Magistrates' Court, by the Director of Public Prosecutions or the informant or police prosecutor; and (b) must be made within 12 months after the offender is found guilty, or convicted, of the offence. S. 87F inserted by No. 80/2001 s. 4.
