87B Enforcement of order under section 87A or 87AB S. 87B(1) amended by No. 21/2022 s. 80(2). (1) An order under section 87A(1) or 87AB(1) must be taken to be a judgment debt due by the offender to the State and payment of any amount remaining unpaid under the order may be enforced in the court by which it was made. (2) All money paid to, or recovered by, the State under this Division must be paid into the Consolidated Fund. Pt 4 Div. 2B (Heading and ss 87C–87N) inserted by No. 80/2001 s. 4.
