85J Court to give reasons for its decision (1) On deciding to grant or refuse an application for a compensation order or to refuse to hear and determine such an application, the court must— (a) state in writing the reasons for its decision; and (2) The failure of a court to comply with subsection (1) does not invalidate the decision made by it on the application.
