69Y Enforcement of fines against bodies corporate (1) If a body corporate defaults in respect of a fine or of any instalment under an instalment order by not making payment by the end of 28 days after the due date for payment the court or the proper officer may issue a warrant to seize property against it. S. 69Y(2) substituted by No. 17/2022 s. 86. (2) The court or proper officer must not issue a warrant under subsection (1) in respect of a registered court fine within the meaning of the **Fines Reform Act 2014**. S. 69Y(3) repealed by No. 17/2022 s. 86.
