48B Definitions S. 48B def. of *child protection order* inserted by No. 32/2013 s. 27(2), substituted by No. 61/2014 s. 170(2). ***child protection order*** means any of the following orders under the **Children, Youth and Families Act 2005**— (a) an interim accommodation order; (b) a family preservation order; ***family violence*** has the same meaning as in the **Family Violence Protection Act 2008**; ***safety*** means safety from family violence, physical or mental harm.
