48Residual condition

48 Residual condition (1) A court that is making a community correction order may attach in addition to a condition attached in accordance with section 47 any other condition to the order that the court thinks fit, other than a condition about making restitution or the payment of compensation, costs or damages. (2) A condition attached under subsection (1) to a community correction order must not be about the subject matter of a condition under Division 4 or Division 2 of Part 3BA.
