171 Transitional provision—Justice Legislation Amendment (Drug Court and Other Matters) Act 2020 On and after the commencement of Division 2 of Part 2 of the **Justice Legislation Amendment (Drug Court and Other Matters) Act 2020**— (a) this Act as amended by that Division applies to a proceeding for an offence regardless of when the offence is alleged to have been committed; and (b) a reference in this or any other Act to a drug and alcohol treatment order also refers to a drug treatment order made under this Act before that commencement. Pt 13 (Headings and ss 170–180) inserted by No. 11/2020 s. 42, amended by No. 27/2020 s. 41, repealed by No. 49/1991 s. 180 (as amended by No. 27/2020 s. 41). Schedules Sch. 1 amended by Nos 43/1994 s. 56(Sch. item 6.2), 36/1995 s. 13(2), substituted by No. 48/1997 s. 34.
