169 Transitional provision—Justice Legislation Amendment (Police and Other Matters) Act 2019 Section 10A as amended by section 85 of the **Justice Legislation Amendment (Police and Other Matters) Act 2019** applies to a sentence imposed on or after the commencement of section 85 of that Act, irrespective of when the offence was committed.
