168 Transitional provision—Victims and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2018 The amendments made to this Act by Part 4 of the **Victims and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2018** apply to the sentencing of an offender on or after the commencement of that Part, irrespective of when the offence was committed.
