164 Transitional—Fines Reform Amendment Act 2017 The amendments to sections 69G and 69H made by the **Fines Reform Amendment Act 2017** apply to the making of an order in respect of an offender on or after the commencement of sections 129 and 130 of that Act irrespective of when the offence was committed or the finding of guilt was made.
