160 Transitional provision—Police and Justice Legislation Amendment (Miscellaneous) Act 2016 On and from 1 July 2016, a disclosure of a kind specified in section 105K(8) by the Chief Commissioner of Police to the Australian Crime Commission for the purposes of incorporation into the police information sharing system known as the National Police Reference System is taken to be a lawful disclosure. S. 161 inserted by No. 43/2017 s. 64(1).
