157 Transitional provision—Sentencing Amendment (Historical Homosexual Convictions Expungement) Act 2014 This Act, as amended by section 3 of the **Sentencing Amendment (Historical Homosexual Convictions Expungement) Act 2014**, applies to convictions for historical homosexual offences (within the meaning of Part 8) irrespective of when the offences were committed or the convictions were recorded or findings of guilt were made.
