156 Transitional provision—Justice Legislation Amendment (Confiscation and Other Matters) Act 2014
The amendments made to this Act by Part 8
of the **Justice Legislation Amendment (Confiscation and Other Matters) Act 2014** apply to the sentencing of an offender on or after the commencement of that Part, irrespective of when the offence was committed or the finding of guilt was made.
