153 Transitional provision—Criminal Organisations Control and Other Acts Amendment Act 2014—alcohol exclusion orders The amendments made to this Act by Part 7 of the **Criminal Organisations Control and Other Acts Amendment Act 2014** apply to the sentencing of a person on or after the commencement of that Part, irrespective of when the offence was committed or the conviction was recorded. S. 154 inserted by No. 69/2014 s. 6.
