151 Transitional provision—Summary Offences and Sentencing Amendment Act 2014 (1) This Act, as amended by Part 3 of the **Summary Offences and Sentencing Amendment Act 2014**, applies in respect of a relevant offence committed after the commencement date. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), if an offence is alleged to have been committed between 2 dates, one before and one after the commencement date, the offence is alleged to have been committed before that commencement. (3) In this section, ***commencement date*** means the date on which all of the provisions of Part 3 of the **Summary Offences and Sentencing Amendment Act 2014** have come into operation.
