145 Transitional provisions—Criminal Procedure Amendment Act 2012 (1) Section 9 as amended by section 44 of the **Criminal Procedure Amendment Act 2012** applies to the sentencing of a person for offences on or after the commencement of section 44 of that Act, irrespective of when the offences were committed or the findings of guilt were made. (2) Section 51 as amended by section 45 of the **Criminal Procedure Amendment Act 2012** applies to the sentencing of a person for offences on or after the commencement of section 45 of that Act, irrespective of when the offences were committed or the findings of guilt were made.
