136 Transitional provision—Justice Legislation Amendment (Sex Offences Procedure) Act 2008 (1) The amendment made to this Act by section 15 of the **Justice Legislation Amendment (Sex Offences Procedure) Act 2008** applies to a sentence imposed in respect of an offence alleged to have been committed on or after that commencement. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), if an offence is alleged to have been committed between two dates, one before and one after the commencement of section 15 of the **Justice Legislation Amendment (Sex Offences Procedure) Act 2008**, the offence is alleged to have been committed before that commencement.
