127A Transitional provisions—Corrections and Sentencing Acts (Home Detention) Act 2003 (1) An amendment of this Act made by a provision of sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the **Corrections and Sentencing Acts (Home Detention) Act 2003** applies to a sentence imposed after the commencement of that provision, irrespective of when the offence was committed. (2) For the purposes of this section, a sentence imposed by an appellate court on setting aside a sentencing order must be taken to have been imposed at the time the original sentencing order was made.
