127 Transitional provision—Crimes (Property Damage and Computer Offences) Act 2003 (1) The amendment of this Act made by section 13 of the **Crimes (Property Damage and Computer Offences) Act 2003** applies only to offences alleged to have been committed on or after the commencement of that Act. (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), if an offence is alleged to have been committed between two dates, one before and one after the commencement of the **Crimes (Property Damage and Computer Offences) Act 2003**, the offence is alleged to have been committed before that commencement.
