120 Transitional provisions (1998 amendments) The amendments of this Act made by a provision of section 26 of the **Road Safety (Amendment) Act 1998** do not apply to a person who applies for an order within 18 months after the commencement of that provision. S. 121 inserted by No. 10/1999 s. 19, substituted by No. 1/2000 s. 9.
