115A Effect where punishment suffered for indictable offence (1) If a person who has been convicted of an indictable offence has suffered the punishment imposed in respect of it, the punishment has the like effect and consequence as a pardon under the great seal. (2) Subsection (1) does not limit the operation of any enactment that expressly disqualifies a person who has been convicted of an indictable offence from holding any office.
