108P Parliamentary requirement for information (1) The Council must comply with any information requirement lawfully made of it by a House of the Parliament or a Parliamentary Committee within the meaning of the **Parliamentary Committees Act 1968**. (2) In this section ***information requirement*** means a requirement to give information of a specified kind within a specified period relating to— (a) the performance by the Council of its functions; or (b) the exercise by the Council of its powers; or (c) the Council's expenditure or proposed expenditure.
