108G Chairperson (1) The Governor in Council may, on the recommendation of the Attorney-General, appoint a director to be chairperson of the Board. (2) The chairperson may resign that office by notice in writing signed by the chairperson and delivered to the Attorney-General. S. 108H inserted by No. 13/2003 s. 6.
