108E Delegation The Council, by instrument under its official seal, may delegate to— (a) a director; or (b) the chief executive officer of the Council; or (c) an employee referred to in section 108M(2)— any function or power of the Council, other than the function under section 108C(1)(a) or this power of delegation.
