108A Definitions
***Board*** means board of directors of the Council;
***chairperson*** means chairperson of the Board;
***Council*** means Sentencing Advisory Council established under section 108B;
***director*** means chairperson or other director of the Council;
***guideline judgment*** has the same meaning as in Part 2AA.
