105M Restriction on right to re-apply (1) A person whose application in respect of a historical homosexual conviction has been refused by the Secretary is only entitled to have a further application in respect of that conviction considered by the Secretary in the circumstances set out in subsection (2). (2) The circumstances are that the Secretary is satisfied that necessary supporting information contained in the further application became available only after the earlier application was determined.
