105F Appointment of advisors (1) The Secretary may appoint one or more persons who are legal practitioners of at least 5 years standing to provide advice on any particular application or on such applications generally. (2) A person appointed under subsection (1) is entitled to be paid the fees and allowances (if any) that are fixed from time to time by the Secretary for that person.
