105E Response to enquiries or requests for information (1) A person or body to whom an enquiry or request for information is made by the Secretary under section 105D(1)(c) must respond to the enquiry or request as promptly as possible. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), if a request under section 105D(1)(c) is for a data controller to provide to the Secretary a copy of an official record held by the data controller, the data controller must comply with that request as promptly as possible. (3) A person or body, in responding to an enquiry or request, is not bound by any duty of confidentiality imposed on the person or body by or under any Act (including the **Judicial Proceedings Reports Act 1958**) or agreement, despite anything to the contrary in that Act or agreement.
