105C Submission of further information etc. (1) If the Secretary receives an application that does not include all the information required by section 105B, the Secretary may require the applicant to provide that information in the manner required by the Secretary within 28 days or any longer period that the Secretary determines. (2) The applicant may submit to the Secretary statements or evidence of a kind referred to in section 105B(6) at any time after making the application and before it has been determined by the Secretary. (3) Nothing in subsection (1) prevents the Secretary considering an application that does not include all the information required by section 105B if the Secretary chooses to do so.
