105A Part to bind the Crown (1) This Part binds the Crown, not only in right of the State of Victoria, but also, so far as the legislative power of the Parliament permits, the Crown in all its other capacities. (2) Nothing in this section affects any other provision of this Act. S. 105B inserted by No. 81/2014 s. 3.
