Tasmania regulation
This Order is procedural. Mechanically it gives the instrument a short title, fixes commencement to occur immediately after the Dangerous Substances (Safe Handling) Regulations 2009 take effect, names the Security-sensitive Dangerous Substances Act 2005 as the Principal Act, and records that the amendment is incorporated into the authorised version of that Act. It applies to persons and entities regulated under that Act and the Safe Handling Regulations and places administration with the Department of Justice. The Order does not itself set out new substantive regulatory requirements.
